According to the City of Duncanville, City Manager Douglas E. Finch expressed his confidence in Bryant's capabilities. "Matt Bryant stood out from the pool of talented candidates we interviewed. He has the background, experience here in Duncanville, and innovative thinking skills our organization needs going forward", Finch said.
