DALLAS, Texas – Ground has broken on a $3.7 billion renovation project of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas. As reported by local television station NBC 5, all the details of the project are still in the works, but the 65-year-old building will be expanded extensively and take over a great deal of the space around it, currently filled with empty lots and garages. AUSTIN, Texas — A Texas 10 Most Wanted sex offender is back in custody following his recent arrest in Wyoming, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). Authorities arrested Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender Ramiro Manuel Dominguez, 35, on June 27 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Dominguez, who was DPS Featured Fugitive in June 2024, was apprehended after DPS Special Agents from Lubbock coordinated with officers from the Cheyenne Police Department, following a tip received last month. A Crime Stoppers reward will be paid for his arrest.
