    UPDATE: Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office releases photos of alleged bank robbery suspect

    UPDATE (7/4 11:44 a.m.): The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has released photos of the bank robbery suspect.

    DESTIN, Fla. ( WKRG ) — The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a bank robbery that occurred Wednesday.

    According to an OCSO Facebook post , the bank robbery occurred around 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Truist Bank on Emerald Coast Parkway in Destin.

    LOCATION:

    The OCSO Facebook post said a white male handed a bank teller a note that demanded money. He was reportedly wearing a blue floral shirt, a baseball cap and a surgical mask.

    Mobile County Sheriff’s Office K-9 recovering after taking down suspect

    He then left out of the front door.

    OCSO said no one was injured, and no weapons were displayed.
