200+ Exhibitors, Car Show & More: Get Ready For Plymouth's Waterfront Festival!

The end of August is nearing and the start of the new school year is right around the corner- which means it's time to celebrate summer one last time at the annual Plymouth Waterfront Festival! This fun community event has something for every member of the family to enjoy. From an arts & crafts show featuring over two hundred exhibitors to a car show that is sure to impress you, it's a day of festivities you won't want to miss.

For the youngsters in the family, the Plymouth Waterfront Festival explains on its website that the festival will be hosting a Kid's Discovery Zone, which will be located near the waterfront in Brewster Gardens. This is the same location as the Ducky Dash Race, which will take place at 4 pm, giving festival attendees plenty of time to purchase their own duck to add to the race. According to the festival's website, the Ducky Dash Race consists of 1,400 Rubber ducks being released into Town Brook, making this a fun activity to both be a part of and watch!

Car enthusiasts won't want to miss the Rebels & Rods Cruise-In Car Show, where classic cars from all eras will be on display. The car show will take place along Water Street, starting at the bottom of Brewster Street to the roundabout. The event will take place from 10 am until 3 pm, with event organizers asking that the public doesn't arrive until 10 am.
