VIDEO: Fire rages through Dillon structure

DILLON, S.C. (WBTW) — A large overnight fire in Dillon destroyed a structure and at least one vehicle that was parked nearby.

No information was available from fire officials, but Dillon resident Mackie Adams shared a dramatic video of the raging fire with News13.

“[I] Stepped outside at 1:45 AM to put my trash at the road for today’s trash pickup and saw an orange glow through the trees over on the 12th avenue side of the block,” Adams said in a Facebook post. “[I] called 911 and walked down the street and came upon this unbelievable scene. Huge, raging fire. City of Dillon Fire Department fought this fire for hours overnight.”

No additional information was immediately available. News13 has been unable to reach Dillon fire officials.
