DINUBA, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A man who was conducting massages in Dinuba has been charged with sex crimes against four women, the Tulare District Attorney’s Office announced Thursday.

The DA’s office says the crimes were committed by 60-year-old Tomas Jimenez starting in 2021 while conducting massages in his Dinuba home, and it is believed he worked largely with the Spanish-speaking community. He is now charged with six felony counts and three misdemeanor counts related to sexual assault and battery.

The DA’s office says formal charges were filed against Jimenez on June 25. He was arrested on July 2 and entered a not-guilty plea at arraignment the following day. He remains in custody on no bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 17 at the Tulare County Superior Court.

Law enforcement says they believe there are more victims. Anyone with more information is encouraged to call the Tulare County District Attorney Bureau of Investigations tip line at 559-636-5467.
