Effect Fitness’s Annual ‘318-Field Day’ Draws Crowd

Effect Fitness returned to Winn Parish for their 3rd annual ‘318-Field-Day’, promoting not only healthy living but community fellowship. Events of the day included a mobile health clinic, a pop up pantry, backpacks, food, music and plenty of fun down at the Moss Street Gym and ballparks.
