Overnight I-90 Detour Starts Wednesday in Southeast Minnesota
Austin, MN (KROC-AM News)- A detour associated with one of two massive projects along I-90 in southeast Minnesota is set to begin this week. MnDOT is overseeing a pair of transformative projects that began this year along the interstate. A project to rebuild I-90’s interchange with Hwy. 52 southeast of Rochester started earlier this month.

STOCKTON, Minn. – The role of Winona County officers in the $1 million fraud case against a Stockton woman was to stand by while federal agents searched her property on the outskirts south of Stockton in January, Sheriff Ron Ganrude confirmed. Tammy Wadsworth, 62, appeared in federal court in Minneapolis last week. She was accused of running a franchise operation illegally from her house on Old County Road 23. It was on January 18 that federal agents entered the property abut 8:30 a.m., while the =local officers stood by. The local officers – three sheriff’s deputies and one city officer — were on scene 6 hours and 45 minutes. The indictment claims Wadsworth made false business claims to franchisees and peddled medically unproven techniques and products through the franchisees to their customers.
Rochester man injured in northern Minnesota collision
HUBBARD COUNTY, Minn. – A two-vehicle collision in northern Minnesota sends an Olmsted County man to the hospital. The Minnesota State Patrol says the accident happened around 5:54 am Monday in Hubbard County. William Joseph Ryan, 74 of Rochester, was driving a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee east on Minnesota Highway 87 and Charles George Wenz, 65 of Little Falls, was driving a 2009 GMC Sierra north on Minnesota Highway 64.

Statewide Missing Person Alert For 17-Year-Old Minnesota Girl
Sartell, MN (KROC-AM News) - A statewide alert has been issued for a missing Minnesota teenager. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says 17-year-old Kaydence Johnson has been missing for 30 days and is now considered and endangered missing person. The alert says she and another teenage girl ran away from a residence in the City of Sartell on June 22.
