Robbins steps down at IWU
Brett Robbins has resigned as head men’s and women’s wrestling coach at Illinois Wesleyan, the Bloomington, Illinois, school announced Thursday. Robbins restarted the team after a 40 year hiatus and coached the Titans through their first season back on the mat in 2023-2024. Illinois Wesleyan had most recently competed in 183. The head coach position is currently posted on the IWU website.

Rigler’s Sports Co-Owner Places at Illinois State Trap Shooting Competition
Rigler took home 10 trophies in the Lady II category, shooting 1,200 rounds with her Perazzi 12 gauge over and under shotgun. Rigler placed as State Singles Champion, State Doubles Champion, State High All-Around Champion, State Over All-Around Champion, and placed in 6 other events during the week. The Lady II category includes women 55 and older.
