Tesla ice cream truck owner devastated after vandal's rampage: 'Just a nightmare'
The senseless destruction of a Tesla ice cream Cybertruck marked a new low in the vandalism of electric vehicles and associated green infrastructure. The event happened in Ohio on July 15, when a woman with two children in a vehicle pulled into a driveway where a Cybertruck was parked. The truck displayed signage for Cyber Cream Dayton mobile ice cream. The suspect smashed all but one of the windows, rendering the EV inoperable. She was arrested shortly thereafter.

Dayton-area manufacturing firm to lay off over 60 employees
DAYTON, Ohio (Dayton Business Journal) -- A Michigan-based firm manufacturer will lay off numerous employees at its Dayton location within the next few months. idX Corp. - known for manufacturing retail displays and store fixtures - is implementing a substantial reduction in workforce at its facility located at 2875 Needmore Road. The firm disclosed the layoff plans in a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN) notice, saying 62 associates would lose their jobs - most in mid-September.
