DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Hundreds of DeKalb County residents were without power for hours in nearly 90-degree weather on Monday following storms the night before. The weather even caused a tree to fall on a home on Chavers Place near Clarkston and crews worked on power lines on Memorial College Avenue on Monday to resolve issues.
