Dallas Teens Get a Free Ride to Summer Fun with No-Cost Teen All Access Passes
July, famously pegged as Park and Recreation Month, is about to get extra lively for Dallas teens. Dallas Park and Recreation Department just rolled out the welcome mat again with their no-cost Teen All Access Pass. Chalking up its fourth year, the program offers Dallas teens and their buddies a summer to remember – and seriously, at zero cost, according to the City of Dallas.
