Duncanville wide receiver Dakorien Moore is one of the highest profile class of 2025 recruits.

On Thursday, Hayes Fawcett of On3 Sports announced the Panthers’ star pass catchers’ commitment to Oregon. Moore, the No. 3 nationally ranked recruit on ESPN’s 2025 Top 300 , confirmed the report on X.

“Truly blessed and thankful for every person who helped me with my recruitment and thankful for every coach who gave me the opportunity to attend their University,” Moore wrote.

Both ESPN and 247Sports rank Moore as the No. 1 wide receiver nationwide.

Moore, alongside LSU running back signee Caden Durham and Alabama quarterback commit Keelon Russell, led Duncanville to a Class 6A D1 State Championship in 2023 and also played a significant role in the 2022 state title run.

Moore is also a standout track star. In the Class 6A 200 meter relay state championship, Moore helped secure a first place finish. The team set a national record with a time of 1:22.25, which was a full second faster than the previous record.

Moore has a 5-foot-11, 185 pound frame and is set for a large role as Duncanville searches for a championship threepeat in Texas’ largest classification. In 2023, Moore tallied 1,523 yards and 18 touchdowns while averaging 21.5 yards per catch.

Moore was committed to LSU but decommit in May. Ohio State, LSU, and Texas were finalists in his decision. Oregon, with Moore’s commitment, now has 247Sports’ fifth ranked class of 2025 recruiting class in the nation.
