    Local students make President's List at UMGC

    Several local students graduated from the University of Maryland Global Campus this month with honors on the President’s List. To qualify, students must graduate with a cumulative grade point average of 4.0.

    The following students earned the honor:

    Julian Edwards earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity.Amber Criner earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies.Melissa O’Connell earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.Paul Fitch earned a Bachelor of Science in Software Development and Security.

    UMGC was established in 1947 to serve adults in the workforce. Today, the university enrolls some 90,000 students annually, offering bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree programs, as well as certificates in more than 125 fully online, hybrid and face-to-face programs and specializations.
