Pre-registration deadline for Kans for Kids clay shoot July 31
Kans for Kids will be celebrating its 30th birthday in October. Still, the Fighting Cancer Foundation continues to come up with new ways to assist area kids who are battling cancer. On Saturday, Aug. 17, Kans for Kids will host its first sporting clays benefit tournament at LaSada Lodge south of Russell. Kans for Kids Executive Director Christi Herber said the event is a fun and new way to help raise funds for a good cause.
