Wrong-way crash on Garden State Parkway leaves 2 dead, 1 hurt
Two drivers were killed and one passenger injured in a wrong-way crash on the Garden State Parkway in Bergen County early Friday, authorities said. Diana J. Cruz was driving north in the southbound lanes when she collided with an SUV traveling south just before 2:30 a.m. near exit 163 in Paramus, State Police said.
Shots fired in Clark, NJ: 79-year-old arrested by SWAT
CLARK — A 79-year-man is in custody after police say he barricaded himself inside a house early Wednesday morning. Clark police Capt. Miguel Acabou said shots were heard fired at a home on Stanton Street in Clark Township near the Rahway border around 12:30 a.m. The Union County SWAT unit was called to the scene after officers found Kenneth Kutya barricaded inside the house with a weapon.

MIDDLESEX — A California man has been charged with installing a skimming device on an ATM at a store in the Central Jersey borough in March, police said. A skimmer is a device that scammers attach to card readers to steal card data and PINs. The data can then be used to either make unauthorized purchases, withdraw cash from ATMs or create counterfeit cards.
Woman killed during microburst storm at popular NY campsite identified
A woman who was killed when a large tree fell onto her camper during a severe microburst storm on Sunday has been identified. Carol E. Luistro of Edison, New Jersey, was pronounced dead at the scene, after the storm tore through the Russell Brook campground in Delaware County Sunday morning, according to the Colchester Police Department.

Car left in reverse hits driver, crashes into home in Millburn, police say
