Rahway BOE Regular Meeting to be Held on Tuesday, July 30
RAHWAY, NJ — There will be a Rahway Board of Education (BOE) regular meeting on Tuesday, July 30, in the cafeteria of the 7th and 8th Grade Academy, located at 1139 Kline Place. The meeting opens in public at 6 p.m. before immediately recessing to private session. Saturday Milltown Water Repair Will Cause Temporary Loss of Service for Some Residents
MILLTOWN, NJ - Some borough residents will want to prepare for a loss of water service on Saturday, July 27, according to a Nixle by the Milltown Department of Public Works. The loss of service is to allow for water main repairs. Water service will be shut off beginning at 7 a.m. on all of Ford Avenue as well as Church Street from Main Street to Cottage Avenue. Service will also be off on Clay Street from Ford Avenue to Cottage Avenue. Milltown's DPW is advising residents to fill containers with water in advance to use for drinking, cooking and to flush the toilet during the absence of service.
