Eads 10U Minor Softball Team Still Looking for a Win
The Eads 10U Minors team is very young and have taken their lumps but continues to improve under the direction of Justin McLoud and Hayden Uhland. Some of the players are on the 8U team are playing up making the team even more young. The 10U division represents the first time the girls pitch live and bat against an opposing pitcher. There’s much to learn, but the young players are battling and improving.
Eads Eagles 12U Clashes with Triple A Fort Collins Force in Overtime Thriller
The Eads Eagles 12U travel team was in a barnburner in what ultimately determined the championship at the USAAA Tournament in Cheyenne, Wyoming last weekend. With the score tied after six innings, 9-9, between the Eagles and the best Triple AAA 12U baseball team in the region, the Fort Collins Force, the tournament rules called for a tiebreaker whereby first Eads, as the visitor, and then Fort Collins each put runners on second and third base with one out.

The Eads Golf Course held their annual Two-Man Scramble Tournament on June 9, 2024, and a large contention of golfers came together for a competitive tournament. Eads Majors Baseball Team Advances to Title Game in the Lamar League Tournament with Win over Cheyenne Wells in the Semis
It’s tournament time in southeastern Colorado and all the area teams have finished playing league games in the Lamar League. Eads won the league and was seeded No. 1 with a stellar 10-0 record. After defeating Springfield, 17-2, in the quarterfinals and Cheyenne Wells, 17-1, in the semifinals, they face off against Wiley in the title game on Friday, June 21.
