COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Two teens are facing charges after the Colorado Springs Police Department started multiple investigations into a gang earlier this year. The Colorado Springs Police Department provided an update to the public in their online crime blotter after making the arrests on Tuesday.
