DEER CREEK, Okla. — First responders in a fast-growing part of the Oklahoma City area said they need more money to keep residents safe. Deer Creek and Oak Cliff have a millage increase on the ballot next month, giving voters the opportunity to approve or deny the proposition on Aug. 7.
