Buffalo Animal Shelter hosting a reduced-fee adoption event this weekend
BUFFALO, N.Y. — The City of Buffalo Animal Shelter is holding a reduced-fee adoption event on Saturday. Fees are about $100 for dogs and $65 for cats, according to their Facebook post. It includes spay or neuter, vaccines, a bag of pet food, and a free first vet visit.

Shelter announce new reunion dates with Spaced, Mil-Spec, Sunstroke & more
New York Post-Hardcore legends Shelter returned earlier this year for a short tour with their old friends CIV, and now they’ve announced a new four-date run for this September. They’re hitting DC, Amityville, Atlantic City, and Buffalo, with support on the latter three dates coming from one of the best newer bands on Shelter’s former label Revelation Records, Spaced, plus other bands varying by date.
