New Baltimore City Council meetings could soon be run under a new formal set of rules and procedures. The council voted on July 22 to establish a subcommittee to address the rules for its meetings. Three council members were appointed to the subcommittee: Ryan Covert, Jason Harvey and Mel Eason.
