Conifer Realty, LLC has been selected by Empire State Development (ESD) to redevelop the former Downstate Correctional Facility in Fishkill, Dutchess County, into a mixed-use community, aligning with New York State's efforts to repurpose unused state land to alleviate housing shortages. Fireworks set in City of Newburgh
CITY OF NEWBURGH – The City of Newburgh will hold its annual Independence Day fireworks display on July 4. The fireworks display will be launched at 1 Washington Street (a.k.a. People’s Waterfront Park), at around 9 p.m. Setup time will begin at 6 p.m. To help protect public safety, 1 Washington Street will be closed to the public from the time of setup until the event has concluded.
