Billy Joel’s wife, Alexis Roderick, toured this $10 million East Hampton horse farm before choosing another one in the area, Gimme Shelter has learned.

Roderick, herself an accomplished competitive equestrian and a former Wall Street exec, is making sure that the children she shares with Joel — Della Rose and Remy Anne — also ride.

In 2018, Joel bought Roderick a 5-acre horse farm in Wellington, Fla. Now, they also have a $10.7 million Hamptons horse farm on Town Lane.

For those who are on the prowl for a horse farm of their own, this one, at 171 Oakview Highway, is on the market for $9.99 million. And it comes with the option to build a new house on its 14.8-acre lot, which is within walking distance to town. It’s also already a commercially viable business.

The property also includes a farm that was once owned and run by Harry deLeyer, a Dutch-born, world-famous trainer who fought with the Resistance against Hitler in WWII before emigrating to the US in 1950.

In 1956, deLeyer paid $80 to save a retired plow horse from death. Two years later, the horse — named Snowman — became a show jumping triple crown champion as documented in the 2016 film, “Harry & Snowman.”

The property comes with 50 stalls, two outdoor rings and an indoor ring — along with a five-bedroom, 3½-bath converted barn house just a “long block” away from East Hampton’s Newtown Lane.

The 4,700-square-foot, post-and-beam house features an open floor plan with a double-sided fireplace and high ceilings. Outside, there’s a large deck overlooking the paddocks and stables.

The listing broker is Telly Karoussos of Douglas Elliman.
