OLD LYME, Conn — Connecticut State Police and Old Lyme Police arrested a fugitive suspect in a sexual assault case on Tuesday. Kody Tyler Stewart, 30, is wanted in Tennessee on multiple felony sexual assault charges involving a minor and was believed to possess firearms at the Old Lyme residence. He is scheduled to be in court on Wednesday on charges of being a fugitive from justice, and was held on a $500,000 bond.
