SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A 14-year-old has been arrested for their alleged involvement in the fatal shooting of a man on Boone Street. On Aug. 21, the Shreveport Police Department (SPD) arrested a juvenile who was allegedly involved in the Aug. 16 fatal shooting of Troy Ducote in the 3000 block of Boone Street. Witnesses had reported seeing Ducote being chased by what appeared to be juveniles before he was shot and killed.
