Shop Hop: Triple Dipple’s - Happy Seventh Birthday!
I’ve had Triple Dipple’s cheesecake, but it’s always been at an event where they’ve been parked with their Cheesecake Caboose. The actual shop is located in Chillicothe and I’ve always planned on making a stop in there and check out their brick and mortar location. Well, I saw last week that they’re celebrating their seventh birthday, so I figured I’d stop by and take some pictures and put up a blog post as my birthday present.

Repair work begins on shopping center
Repair work has begun on the former Bracken’s Shopping Center building at Midland Plaza, but the building’s future is yet to be determined. Last week’s tornado damaged the building, and Keith Edwards, the city’s community development officer, said on Monday that the biggest threat to public safety is the awning around the building. Edwards said it would not have been safe to let customers of the businesses or patients of the dentist’s office to walk under the awning.
