Team Wisconsin Triumphs in Men’s Junior Freestyle Wrestling Nationals with Mirasolas’ Success
Team Wisconsin secured its first-ever Men’s Junior Freestyle National Dual Championship in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a 33-32 victory over Ohio, led by graduates Connor and Cole Mirasola of West Bend West. Cole Mirasola, one of the five undefeated wrestlers for the team, finished with a 6-0 record and crucial pinfalls. The final victory was sealed by Kellen Wolbert of Oconomowoc with a pin in the 138-pound class. The team, including eight seniors moving on to Division I colleges, dominated the event, going 7-0 overall.

WESTON – D.C. Everest pitchers J.J. Louis and Aiden Haupt combined on a two-hit shutout as Post 492 knocked off Wausau Post 10 2-0 on Wednesday at Simon Field. Wausau Cyclones 2024-25 Season Schedule Released
(Wausau, WI)- The Wausau Cyclones are just 92 days away from hitting the home ice at Marathon Park. The defending Central Division Champions will match up with the Minnesota Moose during their home opener Friday, September 27th. Wausau will play 22 home games and 47 total games during the 2024-25 regular season, which runs through March 8th. The home schedule will feature twelve Friday games and ten Saturday games. Wausau has two September home games, one October home game, four November home games, three December home dates, three January home games, seven February home dates and two March home games. All 2024-25 regular season home games will start at 7:10pm. Game promotions and giveaways will be released throughout the remainder of the off-season. Fans can secure a FREE ticket to Opening Night 2024 by purchasing a Founders Club or Flex 4 ticket plan.
