MILWAUKEE — Gas price and oil experts attribute a sudden spike in Wisconsin gas prices to a Chicago-area tornado outbreak from July 15. According to AAA, gas prices rose an average of 28 cents in Milwaukee and Waukesha in the past week. Prices rose an average of 24 cents in Racine and an average of 32 cents in Kenosha County.

BARABOO, Wis. (WMTV) - Baraboo Police say to shelter in place in the area of Water Street and Manchester Road due to an “active situation”. In an alert, police say it is an ongoing police incident, to avoid the area, and stay in your home. Police believe the suspect, identified as Jeffrey Edward Miller, 32, is armed. If you have any information you are asked to contact the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office at 608-355-4495. Miller is described as having a light complexion, short or shaved brown hair and medium length beard. Police say he was last seen wearing a black shirt.
