    Serious injuries in motorcycle crash near Edinburg

    EDINBURG, ND ( KXNET ) — A 63-year-old Edmore man is seriously injured after a crash near Edinburg.

    According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 1:24 p.m. on July 9.

    The 63-year-old was driving his Harley Davidson west on 75th St NE, just east of the 133rd Ave NE intersection.

    The man failed to make a turn in the road, went into the ditch, and rolled. He was thrown off the motorcycle in the process.

    The man was first brought to First Care Health Center in Park River and then transported to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.

    He was wearing his helmet.

    The NDHP is investigating the crash.
