ELKHART, Ind. (WNDU) - The Michiana area now officially has one less Fazoli’s restaurant. According to a sign on its door (and the lack of signage on the building’s exterior), the Fazoli’s on N. Follow your nose: Newest restaurant in downtown South Bend is serving up wood-smoked BBQ
The newest restaurant in downtown South Bend resembles the type of small BBQ diner that might be discovered on a byroad in the southern United States. Much of the furniture has been crafted by Rodney Klockow, one of the owners, and provides the feel of a small outdoor patio with one of the...
Georgie is the perfect mix of bouncy fun and snuggly rest. He's ready to go home with you.
Hello, my name is Georgie, and I am a 4 ½ year old toy poodle. I am a beautiful apricot color and to keep my curls looking their best, I enjoy a regular grooming regiment of daily brushing and going to a professional every three- to six-weeks. Because I am a retired breeder, I am crate trained, although secretly I prefer sleeping on the couch. I’m making progress on house training, and I am a quick learner. I love being around other dogs and don’t like being alone. I would do well in a home with another dog that also likes to socialize and play. Think of the fun we could have bouncing around the backyard, rolling in the grass, chewing on our toys ... for maximum freedom a fenced yard would be wonderful, but I am told it is not a deal breaker if you don’t have one … dog parks are always fun! I don’t bark much, I weigh about 8 pounds, am up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, neutered, and have been to the dentist recently. My foster mom says I am smart, and she is helping me to be more trustful of humans. I love to be held and I am great at snuggling — so if you need the perfect size dog to keep your lap warm, give my foster mom, Michelle from Second Chance Small Dog Rescue, a call at 616-949-7813 or e-mail her at m.vangeest@att.net. If you already know that I am the roommate you’ve been looking for, then go to our website and fill out an application. My adoption fee is $450.
