Over 200 fentanyl pills discovered during booking at El Paso County jail
A foreign object discovered in a suspect's possession during the booking process contained 242 fentanyl pills, 21 oxycodone pills and 0.48 grams of crystal methamphetamine. On July 2, 2024, the Colorado Springs Police Department arrested 49-year-old Edward Davidson on an outstanding parole violation warrant and transported him to the El Paso County Jail.
