    FC Juárez handed 2-1 loss by Pumas

    EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — FC Juárez suffered a 2-1 loss to Pumas in its third match of the 2024-25 Liga MX Apertura at the Estadio Olimpico Benito Juarez on Wednesday night.

    Things were looking great for FC Juárez after it took a 1-0 lead into halftime after a goal scored by Diego Campillo in the 32nd minute of the match.

    In the second half, FC Juárez lost its 1-0 lead after it conceded two goals. Pumas got goals from Angel Rico (66′) and Rodrigo Lopez (80′) to steal the lead and three points away from FC Juárez.

    FC Juárez’s win drought in the 2024-25 Liga MX Apertura continues, as the club falls to 0-1-2.
