URGENT! 3,400+ Kids in SE Minnesota Need Help With School Supplies This Year
Not trying to wreck your summer right now but just a heads up, school starts again in about a month (plus or minus a week or two depending on where you live in Minnesota). Target, Walmart, and all of the stores are getting ready to show you ALL of the fancy and new pencil pouches, backpacks, and items that are needed for your kid this year in school.
Rochester Public School Summer of Service hosts shoe drive
ROCHESTER, Minn. - Since June. 17 Rochester Public School Summer of Service has been hosting their shoe drive. Over 150 pairs of shoes have been donated since then. The students have been a part of the shoe drive. They've been passing out flyers in the community and making phone calls to get people to donate shoes. Summer of Service Co-Director Lane Hermanson says it's good for the kids to get involved.
