Rochester City Council approves changes to Tall Grass and Weeds Ordinance
(ABC 6 News) — As of Tuesday, the Rochester City Council has approved changes to the city’s Tall Grass and Weeds Ordinance. Under the changes, Natural Landscape Permits are not required to private properties outside of the boulevard area. However, it does remain in effect for the boulevard.

Rochester Man Ordered to Pay $125K Restitution For Employee Theft
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man was sentenced today for stealing thousands of dollars from his employer. 44-year-old Blake Allyn Schaefer earlier entered guilty pleas to two felony theft charges in Olmsted County Court. He was accused of embezzling tens of thousands of dollars from an Oronoco area business while he was employed as the company's Chief Financial Officer.

ROCHESTER, Minn.-PossAbilities is starting a new group on July 23rd for those who identify as LGBTQIA and have a disability. Search Warrants Turn Up Haul of Stolen Property
UNDATED (WJON News) -- Law enforcement agencies in West Central Minnesota released information Tuesday about a number of stolen items that they recovered last month. On June 25th agents with The West Central Minnesota Drug and Violent Crime Task Force gathered information that lead to the execution of two search warrants in Pope County and an additional search warrant in Grant County.
