Armstrong, IA (KICD) — An Estherville man was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle accident near Armstrong Monday afternoon. The Emmet County Sheriff’s department says it appears 16-year-old Raegan Nielson of Ringsted was Northbound on 570th Avenue, stopped at the intersection with highway 9, but then pulled into the path of an Eastbound vehicle driven by 23-year-old Chase Karstens of Waseca, Minnesota.

A high-speed chase that started in Plymouth and ended in Robbinsale on July 19 sent one person to the hospital, Plymouth police told CCX News.
