CARBON COUNTY, Mont. (FOX 9) - The body of the missing Minnesota college student and hiker was recovered from a river in Montana on Wednesday. According to officials, the body of Dylan Honnoll was recovered from a river in the Beartooth Mountains, northwest of Red Lodge, Montana. Honnoll's body was found under fast-moving water.

Economy Airline to Pull All Flights from Minnesota
Minnesota will soon have one less airline providing service to travelers, as one economy airline has made the decision to pull out of the state. Minnesota currently has over a dozen airlines that serve the state, including Delta, United, American, and low-cost carriers like Sun Country, Allegiant, and JetBlue, also service the state, but one of those will no longer fly into or out of Minnesota.

Exceptions approved for downtown hotel
The city of Winona Board of Adjustment (BOA) granted 60 Main developers’ request last week to allow for fewer windows than normally required on some sides of the hotel-apartment building currently under construction downtown. BOA members noted the city’s downtown aesthetic rules are geared toward retail spaces and said the rules may not be as applicable for 60 Main, a residential-focused project. BOA members also highlighted other buildings in the same area with few windows and other projects that received exceptions — or variances — to the window requirements.

STILLWATER, Minn. — Standard Communities has made its first investment in Minnesota, acquiring Rivertown Commons, a 96-unit affordable seniors housing community in Stillwater. The transaction is capitalized at $27.8 million. Stillwater is located along the St. Croix River separating Minnesota from Wisconsin, just east of the Twin Cities area.
