Convicted felon awaits extradition in Miami-Dade over murder in Sarasota
DORAL, Fla. – A 54-year-old convicted felon wanted in Sarasota County was awaiting extradition behind bars on Saturday in Miami-Dade County. According to Sarasota Police Chief Rex Troche, there was a fatal shooting shortly after 1 a.m., Thursday, near Dixie Avenue and 24 Street, in Sarasota’s Newtown area, and Kevin Holloway fled in a 2011 Nissan Altima.
