Man arrested after violating protective order
BEDFORD – A Bedford man was arrested after violating a protective order. Police arrested Ronald Phelix, 47, on a charge of invasion of privacy. According to Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Kenton Carter, he conducted a traffic stop on Saturday, July 6, in the 200 block of Salem Road. He found Phelix in the vehicle with a female, violating the protective order.
