Wilson Joins Saints Wrestling Staff as Assistant Coach
Maryville University Athletics The Maryville University Department of Athletics announced that Cardy Wilson has joined the Saints wrestling staff as an assistant coach. He comes to the Saints after a standout Division I career at SIU Edwardsville. As a senior, Wilson was named a NWCA Scholar All-American and earned Academic All-Mid-American Conference Scholar honors. Battlehawks pick up Cody Schrader in UFL Draft
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The St. Louis Battlehawks selected former Mizzou running back Cody Schrader in the United Football League (UFL) draft Wednesday morning. The former SEC leading rusher was picked up by the Battlehawks in the second round. Schrader was previously signed to the San Fransisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent in April.
Mizzou-themed sports bar planned in Soulard
ST. LOUIS — A new Mizzou-themed sports bar has plans to open at the former site of Llywelyn's Pub in Soulard. Ray’s SportsHouse expects to open in early to mid-August at 1732 S. Ninth St. The new restaurant is owned by Corbin Ray, a 2021 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Kuo Earns Academic All-America Honors
AUSTIN, Texas – Washington University in St. Louis rising senior golfer Sydney Kuo earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-America honors, the organization announced this week. She is the fourth Academic All-American in golf program history.
