ELMIRA, N.Y. ( WETM ) — An Elmira man is in custody on Friday after police said he is connected to the shooting death of a man on Grove Street last Thursday, June 20.

According to the Elmira Police Department, 27-year-old Marcus A. Jones-Snyder was arrested on Thursday, June 27, on the charge of murder in the second degree, a class A-1 felony.
