Shooting at North Riverside Park Mall Leaves Two Injured, Police Seek Unidentified Suspect
A dispute between two couples at North Riverside Park Mall resulted in a shooting that left two men injured on Wednesday afternoon, Mayor Joseph Mengoni confirmed, the altercation took place inside the mall, where increased security measures have been implemented, including the hiring of undercover officers. According to ABC7 Chicago, the incident, which involved gunshots after a physical fight, was responded to by undercover officers believed to be the first on the scene.
