Police informed the state’s alcohol and tobacco enforcer, the Ohio Investigative Unit, of the businesses whose employees were cited. Those businesses may face fines or have their liquor licenses revoked or suspended.

The charge of selling alcohol to an underage person is a first-degree misdemeanor.
