Hayward man accused of intending to deliver meth
A Hayward man is accused of possessing more than 11 grams of methamphetamine with the intention of delivering the drug after a traffic stop on Highway 53 between Cameron and Rice Lake. Nathan W. Rickards, 42, was charged on Wednesday in Barron County Circuit Court with a felony charge of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, second or subsequent offense.
