Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are preparing to embark on a major trip, their visit coinciding with a defining moment for the Archewell Foundation in its global advocacy efforts.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have confirmed an official visit to Colombia. Scheduled for an unspecified date, this trip will see the Duke and Duchess of Sussex explore key cities including Bogotá, Cartagena, and Cali. 

The announcement was made by Colombia's Vice President Francia Márquez, who emphasized the visit's importance for both the country's progress and the couple's ongoing initiatives.

This journey, heralded as a chance for the Duke and Duchess to engage directly with local leaders, youth, and women, will also spotlight their Archewell Foundation’s focus on promoting safer digital environments. 

The visit precedes the inaugural World Ministerial Conference on the Elimination of Violence Against Children, set to be held in Colombia this November. The conference will aim to create a global framework to tackle cyberbullying, online exploitation, and mental health impacts—issues that the Archewell Foundation has been actively addressing.

The couple’s previous engagement in Nigeria focused on mental health and the Invictus Games, which parallels their commitment to global causes. Meghan Markle’s potential use of her Spanish skills during the visit adds a personal touch, given her background in the language and past work experience in Buenos Aires.
