Church of the Holy preps for a fun-filled weekend Bazaar

ENDWELL, NY (WIVT/WBGH) — The parking lot of the Church of the Holy Family in Endwell is filling up with tents and tables for the annual family bazaar.

The church in Endwell is preparing for a weekend of live music, homemade food, and vendors. Festivities kick-off tomorrow at 5 p.m. with the cover band U-U-U performing from 6 PM to 10 PM.

There’s a white elephant, thrift store in the church hall selling knickknacks, homemade food including over 360 pounds of city chicken, barbecue chicken meatballs, grilled pizza and more. The church’s deacon, Jim Tokos says there’s a free shuttle taking people too and from Delta Engineers on Hooper Road.

“There’s a lot of people that show up, so its a nice way to get together with people. Come together with friends, and you can see there’s tables everywhere. Indoors and outdoors. There’s something for every age group. And the teenagers last year hung out in the Bingo tent. That was really setup for them and that’s where they hung out,” Tokos said.

Tokos says there’s a kids tent with a bunch of different activities, and prizes for the winners, plus a bingo tent. On Saturday, the Yada Yada’s perform, with Bass and Brown closing it out on Sunday.
