FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (CBS12) — It's been almost a year since a bullet took the life of a 19-year-old girl in Fort Lauderdale, and detectives are still looking for leads. On July 4, 2023, Destiny Bucknor was a passenger in a Slingshot vehicle — a three-wheeler road vehicle — with a man on Northwest Eight Street when an unknown suspect shot at them, a Broward Sheriff's Office (BSO) news release said.
