Delta Flight Diverted After Passengers Served Spoiled Food
A Delta flight from Detroit to Amsterdam was diverted to New York's Kennedy Airport after passengers were served spoiled food. The flight took off from Detroit around 11 p.m. on Tuesday and landed in New York at 4 a.m. on Wednesday. Fourteen passengers and 10 crew members received treatment from medical personnel after landing, but none required hospitalization. Delta is investigating the incident and apologizes for the inconvenience and delay to passengers' travel. Passengers were provided hotel rooms and will be rebooked to continue their destinations.
