STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Robert T. Ranno, a retired NYPD detective known for his generous spirit, died on July 23 in New Jersey. He was 59. Police: Hoboken man arrested for exposing himself at Church Square Park
A Hoboken man was arrested for exposing himself at Church Square Park earlier this month, also caught with a glass pipe, the police department said on their blotter.
