The Boathouse, a well-known venue owned by Tim Harmon and Matt Harmon under the name Two Dawgs for over 20 years, was once a popular destination in the borough. However, in recent years, the business has faced a steady decline. The Harmons failed to meet their financial obligations and pay for accumulating debt in a timely manner. St. Paul's Church's Annual Fourth of July Duck Race is Just Duckie
MILLTOWN, NJ - Soon after the 2024 Milltown Fourth of July Parade concluded, it was time for the annual Rubber Duck Race at the Main Street Bridge. Sponsored by St. Paul's Church, more than 900 rubber duckies were dropped into the water next to the Main Street Bridge. A large crowd gathered on both sides of the water and along the old railroad trestle to see if their duckies would be one of the first 10 to reach the finish line. The finish line is underneath the railroad trestle. Each winning duckie earns its sponsor a $100 gift card.
